How does cashback work?

Your cashback rate (ranging from 4% to 10%) is determined by your VVIP level and calculated based on your monthly spending

Note: The monthly cashback rate is determined by the user's VVIP level on the last day of the calendar month (experience cards excluded). Cashback will be distributed by the 15th of the following month.

How do I add funds to my MEXC Card?

1. Transfer USDT to your Fiat account (buy USDT or deposit it from an external wallet or platform if needed)

2. Go to the My MEXC Card page to add funds to your card

How do I add my card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?

Go to the MEXC Card list, tap your card for details, and add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet using the card information shown.

What should I do if my card is lost, damaged, or stolen?

If your card is lost, damaged, or stolen, go to Card Management in MEXC Card immediately to freeze it, then contact Customer Service to request a replacement.

How do I apply for a card?

Application rules vary by card type. Generally, each verified user can only apply for one card of each type.

How does the MEXC Card referral reward work?
