MTG loses it on 'lying scumbag' MAGA podcaster after he accused her of fleeing America

MAGA outcast and former Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene picked a fight with a right-wing influencer after accusing him of being "paid to spew propaganda" against a Trump foe.

Right-wing podcaster Benny Johnson is catching major flak after accusing MTG of fleeing the U.S. to live in a $5 million house in Costa Rica and then pushing the story that Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) was emotionally abusive with a woman he tried to bribe with hush money, which commentators are pointing out is unsubstantiated.

MTG wrote on X that Johnson, "who I thought was a friend, couldn't even give me the courtesy of asking me if any of these lies were true. TMZ and the Daily Mail actually reached out, but not Benny."

On the Massie allegations, MTG stood up for her fellow Trump foe, and Massie has caught the president's ire for opposing him. She alleged the story is meant to sour his chances ahead of a Republican primary.

"Thomas Massie did not mistreat any woman, but happens to have a primary next week," MTG wrote on X. "So of course, out comes a story from a woman who is just jealous she isn't 'Mrs. Massie.'"

In a later post, MTG unloaded on her former right-wing friend.

"You are a LYING scumbag @bennyjohnson, and just to be clear we are definitely not friends," MTG wrote. "All you cover and elevate are trending LIES. And get paid to do it. Literally the most repulsive level of MAGA. I NEVER fled America."

And then in yet one more post, MTG added that "Benny Johnson can’t wait to post up every time he’s at some elite rich event...He worships Trump, who owns properties all over the world, and is wrecking our economy with his little excursion on behalf of Netanyahu, but attacks me for going on vacation."

Johnson "rips everyone’s content all the time and literally has no level he won’t stoop to," MTG finished.
