According to Jin10, prediction market platform Polymarket is seeking a new funding round at a valuation exceeding $20 billion. If completed, the financing would further reflect capital-market expectations for growth in the prediction-market sector. Prediction markets are gradually expanding beyond crypto-native products into trading based on political, economic, sports, and public events. However, such a high valuation also means the platform must continue delivering growth in user scale, trading activity, market coverage, and regulatory compliance.
According to The Kobeissi Letter, the total market capitalization of on-chain U.S. Treasury funds has reached a record high of $16.2 billion, representing growth of approximately 77% since the beginning of the year. Some investors use tokenized Treasuries as collateral to borrow stablecoins before deploying the funds into DeFi strategies. Through looping, yields can exceed 10% annually in certain cases. While this model improves capital efficiency, it also compounds liquidation, smart-contract, stablecoin depegging, and liquidity risks.
According to Bloomberg, Blackstone is holding preliminary discussions with investors about raising a second large-scale debt package for Anthropic to support its planned purchases of Google AI chips. A preliminary proposal previously reached at least $36 billion, although the financing size, structure, and whether Blackstone will ultimately lead the transaction remain under discussion. The plan reflects how major AI companies are using large-scale capital arrangements to secure computing resources, extending AI infrastructure investment further into major financial institutions and long-term debt markets.
According to Odaily, the Ethereum community has proposed a “Tapered Issuance Burn” EIP that would burn a portion of validators’ theoretical rewards based on the proportion of ETH staked. Under the design, ETH’s annual issuance rate would peak at approximately 0.5% when the staking ratio reaches around 20% and decline to zero as it approaches 50%. The proposal aims to reduce long-term dilution and the concentration of staking services while working alongside EIP-1559 and blob-fee burns to increase the likelihood that ETH supply enters a deflationary state.
According to Fortune, Dinari and Circle have partnered to launch a tokenized equity trading service for U.S. investors, with plans to bring every constituent of the S&P 500 on-chain. The platform uses dShares to represent real securities held by regulated custodians. Users can buy and sell shares with USDC through self-custody wallets while benefiting from instant settlement and cross-platform asset transfers. Dinari is currently available across 85 jurisdictions and supports more than 6,000 tokenized assets.
According to Yellow Card, the company has completed a $40 million strategic funding round with participation from SC Ventures, Sony Innovation Fund, Polychain Capital, Blockchain Capital, and other investors. Yellow Card primarily provides stablecoin infrastructure. The proceeds will be used to expand its enterprise-focused Global USD Accounts business and continue developing stablecoin payment rails connecting different markets, demonstrating sustained institutional interest in corporate dollar accounts and cross-border stablecoin settlement.
According to Fortune, Cloudflare has launched cloudflare.id and an accompanying stablecoin wallet to provide AI agents with verifiable, permanent online identities and payment capabilities. The wallet can be funded through bank transfers, with the funds converted into U.S. dollar stablecoins. Users can establish spending limits and merchant allowlists before authorizing AI agents to make purchases and payments. The product seeks to address identity verification, fund management, and authorization boundaries, enabling agents to conduct commercial activities on behalf of real users under controlled conditions.
According to Odaily, BitGo will replace LayerZero with Chainlink CCIP as the exclusive cross-chain service provider for $7.3 billion in WBTC. Following the $292 million Kelp cross-chain bridge exploit, several projects announced migrations to Chainlink, with disclosed migrations totaling $14.5 billion. BitGo will use CCIP for related assets in the future while retaining control over token contracts, rate limits, and transfer settings to strengthen its management of cross-chain risks.
According to Konsulteer, blockchain rewards platform Bundle has completed a $5.5 million Pre-Seed funding round co-led by Ethereal Ventures and Further Ventures. Nascent, GSR, Scenius Capital, Anchorage Digital, and Nuwa Capital also participated. Bundle allows multiple brands to contribute incentive budgets to shared reward pools and uses blockchain infrastructure to improve transparency in reward distribution. It aims to expand the scale of incentives while reducing customer acquisition costs.
According to Rain, Western Union has launched Stablecard using Rain’s stablecoin infrastructure. The product initially covers 37 markets, with expansion to more than 60 markets planned by the end of the year. Users can receive USDPT, issued by Anchorage Digital Bank on Solana, and spend it through an integrated Visa card at merchants that accept Visa or withdraw cash. Western Union aims to use stablecoins to reduce the prefunding required for cross-border remittances, improving capital and settlement efficiency.

A software fallback vulnerability affecting air-gapped Coldcard Bitcoin hardware wallets has recently been disclosed, with the issue traceable to firmware released in March 2021. Recovery seeds generated by some affected devices may be guessable, and related losses have reportedly reached approximately $130 million. Coinkite has released patched firmware and urged affected users to transfer their assets to wallets created with newly generated recovery seeds. Users should note that installing the firmware update alone cannot make an already exposed seed secure. They should verify the firmware through official channels, generate a completely new wallet offline after updating, and transfer their assets to the new addresses. Old recovery phrases must not be reused or entered into websites, chat applications, cloud documents, or unverified software. Hardware-wallet buyers should also examine the source of the device, its randomness-generation mechanism, and whether it has undergone independent security certification rather than assuming that open-source code has necessarily received sufficient auditing.
