Common Issues in Incorrect Deposits and Solutions
1. What Happens If I Deposit an Unsupported Token?
MEXC automatically credits deposits only for supported tokens and blockchain networks. If you accidentally deposit an unsupported token, or deposit via an unsupported blockchain network, MEXC will assist you in manually recovering the assets and charge a handling fee.
Note: Some specific tokens/networks may not support recovery.
2. Examples of Unsupported Deposits
2.1 Depositing unsupported or delisted cryptocurrencies
To better align with project updates, MEXC will periodically upgrade, migrate, or replace certain tokens and stop supporting deposits of old contract tokens (such as ZINU, GART, etc.). If you deposit delisted or legacy contract tokens, the deposit will not be credited and may not be recoverable.
To avoid asset loss, please pay attention to the following before depositing:
- Check contract address: Ensure the token contract address of the sender and receiver is exactly the same. Do not rely solely on token name or symbol.
- Confirm token status: Check whether MEXC currently supports deposits for the token and which contract version is supported.
- If in doubt, consult promptly: If you are unsure about the token contract address or token status, please contact Customer Service for confirmation before depositing.
Reminder: Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible. Incorrect deposits of delisted or unsupported tokens are usually not recoverable. Please operate with caution.

2.2 Depositing via unsupported blockchain networks
Some stablecoins (such as USDC, USDT, etc.) are issued on multiple blockchain networks. Although MEXC supports the token, deposits may not be supported on every blockchain network. If you choose a network that is not supported by MEXC, the assets will not be credited and may be difficult to recover.
Example: A user deposits USDC via the Fantom (FTM) network. Since MEXC does not support USDC deposits on the Fantom network, the deposit cannot be credited to the user's account. In such cases, please ensure the sending network matches the receiving network before depositing.

5. Terms and Conditions
1. MEXC will do its best to help you recover assets, but due to the complexity of blockchain networks, we cannot guarantee 100% recovery in all cases.
2. Recovery requires additional technical and manpower support, and a handling fee will be charged. Please refer to the fee shown on the page.
3. After approval, an estimated completion time will be displayed. If recovery is more difficult, the actual completion time may be extended. Please refer to the review notification.
